Resubmission Plan

I need to resubmit part of my coursework after receiving feedback from my teacher. The comments are helpful, but I am unsure how to turn them into clear changes. I found eView resubmission help while searching for advice, but I want to improve the work myself. Should I fix the points mentioned by the teacher first, then read the whole assignment again? Or should I rewrite the weak sections completely? If anyone has gone through a resubmission before, what helped you understand and use the feedback properly?
